Shipping Policy
All Orders received on TheGemstoneForest.com will be fulfilled and shipped during normal business hours.
The majority of orders will ship USPS First Class Mail; you will receive an email with tracking number and shipping information when your order is on the way.
Please double check the address you leave at checkout to make sure it is correct. Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to change the destination address.
Feel free to reach out if we need to modify the address BEFORE order is shipped.
International Orders
We are not responsible for ANY customs fees. Customs fees are collected by and determined by your home country. Please call your post office to find out prior to ordering for further inquiry.
If you are outside the US and miss an attempted delivery, your postal carrier will likely leave a note with instructions instead of delivering the package.
The carrier will most likely take the package to your local post office where it can be picked up.
If you do not pick the package up within their given time frame, your postal system may send it back to us.
We are happy to reship it to you once it is back in our possession,
but you must cover the shipping fee for the package to be shipped again.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
We accept returns for exchange ONLY. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to receive approval for this option and for return shipping directions.
